Our Introduction Service
Based on our informal analysis of your workplace, our training is designed to be the start of a rich experience for your teams. Initially, we focus on cognitive skills. Next, we explore recognition skills. And finally – intervention skills. This includes inner work to address this question: how does covert, learned bias affect us at work? And, outer work to address this question: how does an individual’s bias affect your teams.
