Behavioral Change Module: Level III - Integration of Concepts and Experiences

  • Allyship
    • Goal: To dismantle oppressive and discriminatory systems while working on building a structure that values the contributions of all groups, including those groups who have been systemically oppressed. This looks like power sharing.
  • Included in this Training
    • Learning how to work across structural barriers, thereby enabling the development of authentic interactions between individuals and groups who understand the societal cost of systemic oppression under white supremacy culture. 
    • Alignment of inner work with behaviors to promote real change in social justice initiatives
