Crisis Management (Overview)

  • Our crisis intervention and management work is designed to rebuild fractured relationships between team members and includes the following signposts: 
    • Groups feel supported as they work through the trauma that they have  experienced during past unsuccessful diversity trainings
    • Difficult conversations between managers and team members are successfully facilitated 
    • Conflicts between managers and team members are assessed and mediated, leading to recommendations for improvement
    • Contradictions between core values and behavioral practices are identified, along with the impacts those contradictions have on productivity between co-workers 
    • Core values and issues that support a healthy workplace are realigned
